Ok so, looking through the window from the outside in I see a typical Mexican grill and bar, and walking in it seems to confirm my thoughts. And then ... I am greeted by the most endearing of service, and from the drink order to the menu item that I chose, the Mexican Burrito, oh my! Nothing less than Awesome!!
The music is expected and very upbeat, but, really, I was here to experience a good meal, and that is exactly what I got!! Both my server and the bar barista were totally wonderful!
Don't hesitate to step in and enjoy a very warm and delicious experience!! -

It was probably a mistake ordering chicken wings at a Mexican/Latin American restaurant but I had a craving and they were on the HH menu, so I went for it. I also ordered a large margarita, also on HH for $5 but was disappointed to see the bartender pour it pre-mixed from a bottle rather than freshly prepared. If I ever go again will probably stick with the charcoal chicken and Mexican options.

Where do I begin? On Friday evening some friends and I decided to go to happy hour here. When we arrived we were greeted and seated, from there it all went downhill. After waiting for 30 minutes we finally received our drinks, the margaritas were watered down and when we asked for a fresh drink we were asked to leave as the staff slandered us in spanish, little did they know I could understand everything they were saying (I'm a black dominican). DO NOT go here.

Okay, I understand "good" customer service and the usual experience we expect at any restaurant. At Pansa Llena, the customer service is good but you'll have to get their attention for additional or continual service. We enjoyed our time there, so the service was just one factor to consider.
Some of the perks include, any customer has the ability to play music using the Jukebox and it's a friendly environment. However, the female bartender's service strong drinks and the chicken mole is best in the area. Give this place a try. -

Has been here several times now, and absolutely love it! Food is outstanding, although mind you I only order plant-based options of the various dishes, which they do an excellent job on. Only recommendation there is to include more veggie options on the menu. Excellent drafts, and huge margaritas. Really low happy hour prices. Excellent music creates a cool vibe. And outstanding service! Will definitely be coming back.
